Scheduling an Appointment

For the convenience of today’s busy families we

offer early morning and evening appointments.

Monday: 7AM – 7PM 

Tuesday: 12PM – 7PM 

Wednesday and Thursday: 7AM – 2PM 
               

You may request an appointment online by

completing the Appointment Request Form or by

calling our office at 763-533-5359. Our scheduling

coordinator will contact you to confirm your

appointment. 

Rescheduling or Canceling an Appointment

When an appointment is scheduled, that time is

reserved in anticipation of serving you. We

constantly strive to keep the cost of dental care

down. Our costs, however, are increased greatly

when scheduled appointments are not kept, or are

cancelled without allowing time to contact other

patients who are awaiting treatment. We

understand that conflicts can arise unexpectedly.

We respectfully request, however, that you notify

us at least 24 hours prior to any cancelled

appointment. Failing your appointment or

cancelling without adequate notice may result in a

charge.


FLEXIBLE FINANCING OPTIONS

Patients are expected to pay for our services at the

time they are provided and Bass Lake Dental

welcomes a variety of payment options including

cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa,

American Express and Discover) and dental

insurance.  We also offer CARECREDIT, a

financing option that can be used for healthcare

expenses. CARECREDIT offers, upon approval, a

term loan that has no- to low-fixed interest rates,

no down payment, no annual fee and no

prepayment penalty.

  

Dental Insurance

Bass Lake Dental is an in-network provider for

many major insurance plans. As a courtesy to our

insured patients our experienced staff will be happy

to obtain an estimate of your coverage prior to your

appointment, assist you in filing claims so as to

maximize the benefits to which you are entitled,

and process all insurance company forms.
